In this tutorial, we will explain how you can import Stock Historical Transactions from Sharekhan trade listing file in MProfit.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login to your MProfit account and click Import.
Step 2: Click the search icon beside the import log.
Step 3: Type Sharekhan and click Stocks to filter out the equity templates.
Step 4: For historical data, choose Sharekhan Cash - Trade Listing Backoffice File.
Follow these steps to download the trade listing file from the back office login.
Remember, once you download the file in Excel, save it again in CSV format.
Step 5: Click Add to Favorites.
Step 6: Select the template and click Upload File.
Step 7: To import a file, first, you need to locate it on your device.
Once you have found it, select the file and then click the Open and Import button.
Step 8: The system will prompt you to set family and portfolio mapping.
Select the Family from the drop-down list.
Step 9: Select the Portfolio, then click Save.
Step 10: The system will prompt you to provide broker mapping.
To proceed, click the Map button.
Step 11: For the Broker name, click on the dropdown menu.
If your broker is not in the dropdown, add it manually by clicking the (+) sign.
Step 12: Enter the broker name and click Save.
Step 13: Confirm the Broker by clicking Save again.
Step 14: Click Continue.
Step 15: Review the transactions listed in the file, then click Confirm Import.
Step 16: You are now done. Click Back to Portfolio.
