How to import Stock Historical Transactions from ICICI tradebook file in MProfit?

In this tutorial, we will explain how you can import Stock Historical Transactions from ICICI tradebook file in MProfit.


Follow the steps below:


Step 1: Login to your MProfit account and click Import.

Step 2: Click the search icon beside the import log.

Step 3: Type ICICI and click Stocks to filter out the equity templates.

Step 4: Select ICICI Direct - Trade Book.

Step 5: Click Add to Favorites.

Step 6: Select the template and click Upload File.

Step 7: To import a file, first, you need to locate it on your device.

Once you have found it, select the file and then click the Open and Import button.

Ensure to save the file in CSV format. 


Step 8: The system will prompt you to set family and portfolio mapping. 


Map the file with the unique ID and select the Family from the drop-down list.


Then select the Portfolio.

Note this is a one-time process. 


Step 9: Click Save.

Step 10: The system will prompt you to provide broker mapping. 


To proceed, click the Map button.

Step 11: For the Broker name, click on the dropdown menu.


If your broker is not in the dropdown, add it manually by clicking the (+) sign.

Step 12: Enter the name of the broker and click Save.

Step 13: Click Save again.


Then click Continue.

These mappings are also a one-time process.

After completing this, the transactions present in the file will be displayed.


Step 14:
Review the transactions listed in the file, then click Confirm Import.

Upon confirming the import, MProfit captures all transactions from the file and updates the portfolio.


Step 15: You are now done. Click Back to Portfolio.
