Welcome to Part 2 of the global reports guide, following our previous section on generating a global report.
In this tutorial, we will learn how to get a detailed overview of the contents of the global reports.
Start with the index on the first page, which lists all the reports included in the global report.
Step 1: Look at the Global AUM report, which shows the total AUM across all families and portfolios, covering all asset classes.
Step 2: Move to the Client Wise AUM report, which provides details at the family and portfolio level, including quantity, the amount invested, current value, overall gain, and percentage gain.
Step 3: Check out the Asset Allocation report. It displays the asset allocation across all families and portfolios based on asset classes. The allocation is determined by the current value, as shown in the pie chart.
Step 4: Examine the Portfolio Weightages report to determine which asset has the highest weightage based on the amount invested.
Step 5: Review the Top Five Assets report, which displays the top five assets across all portfolios based on the invested amount and current value. A small bar diagram on the right side provides a visual representation.
Step 6: Take a look at the Asset Wise Holding report. This report illustrates the holdings of a specific asset across various portfolios. For example, Aavas financiers are held in the Gupta family by Mr. B Gupta, and in the Mehta family by Mr. A Mehta. The report includes details such as quantity, amount invested, and current value.
Step 7: Move to the Family Wise Holding report. This report lists the assets held by each family. For instance, it details the assets held by the Gupta family and the Meta family. It also provides a detailed breakdown of the assets held by individual members within each family.
Step 8: The report also has the Portfolio Wise Holdings. This section shows the holdings for each portfolio within each family.
Step 9: Check the Closing Balances report, which provides the closing balances for each asset in the asset class across all portfolios and families.
Step 10: Finally, review the Sector Wise Stock Holdings report. It segregates all equity into its respective sectors. For example, it lists the scripts that fall in the financial services sector and provides the total current value and the amount invested for that sector.
This concludes the second part on how to get a global report for all your portfolio holdings in MProfit!
