How to manage InvITs and REITs - Dividend and Interest Income, Return of capital in MProfit?

In this tutorial, we will explain how you can manage InvITs (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) and REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) in MProfit. 

These can be managed under the stocks section in MProfit, and the income payouts or dividends received for them are included in your income reports.

To effectively manage dividends, interest income and return on capital in MProfit, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Login to your MProfit account and right-click on the asset you want to add the income for.

Step 2: Click Other Transactions from the drop-down list.

Then select Add Income for Asset.

Step 3: Next, select the Date for the income entry.

Step 4: Enter the Amount of income received.

Press enter and input any Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) if applicable.

Press enter again and click Save to finalize the income entry.
