1) Login to your NPS account by clicking the link here
2) Click on Investment Summary -> Transaction Statement
3) Select Financial Year for which you would like to download statement and click 'Generate Statement'
4) The statement is now generated for the chosen period. Click on the Excel Icon to download this report in CSV format.
4) Import this file using the template NPS - NSDL Transaction Statement Tier I
