You can import your stock transactions from your Moneycontrol portfolio to MProfit.
Depending on whether you use Moneycontrol 3.0 or Moneycontrol 4.0, please follow the steps below:
Importing from Moneycontrol 3.0
1. Login to your Moneycontrol account.
2. On the left panel, click Transaction History.
3. Select an account (do not use ALL)
4. Select the desired time period and then click the Export button.
5. Once the Excel file is downloaded open the file and save it as "Excel 97-2003 Workbook" format.
6. Now import this file to MProfit using the Moneycontrol 3.0 - Stock Transactions (EQ) template in MProfit.
Step-wise MProfit import guide
Importing from Moneycontrol 4.0
1. Login to your Moneycontrol 4.0 portfolio by clicking here.
2. Under Existing User, click Login to Portfolio. Now enter your credentials and login.
3. Next, in the menu bar, click Stocks. Under Stocks, click Transaction History.
5. Go to Filters section and select My Account. (Do not select All accounts)
6. Select Asset Class - Stocks.
7. Select Time Period since inception till date.
8. Click on Apply Filter.
9. Once the records are displayed on web page select the records by cursor and press CTRL+C.
10. Open MS Excel and paste the data in it.
Add your name after keyword 'Scheme' with -.
For example - Scheme - Mr. Mehta
Save the file.
11. Now import this file to MProfit using the Moneycontrol 4.0 - Stock Transactions (EQ) template in MProfit.
