Adding Interest for PPF/EPF in MProfit

You can record Interest entries for PPF/EPF in MProfit. Here are the steps you need to follow.  

1. In the MProfit portfolio summary screen, right click on the  PPF/EPF name that you need to add a Interest/Other income entries for.

In the dropdown, select Other Transactions and then click on Add Income for Asset. 

2. In this window, enter Date, Amount and finally click Save.

Interest should be entered on 31st of each year as per the PPF passbook to get the accurate balance and interest calculation. Please do not add interest on any other date except for 31st March. Interest calculation is done based on PPF rules.
