Please note that if you have already downloaded your Bill Details file from your Upstox back-office login, you can skip Steps 1 to 4 below and proceed straight to Step 5:

  1. Login to your Upstox back-office at https://bo.upstox.com/online/login.aspx

  3. Next, select the options as per the guidance below:

    • Company: All Exchanges

    • Year: Use this filter only if you wish to request the file year-wise. For example, if the FY is 20-21, select "2021" and if the FY is 18-19, select "1819".

If you wish to request data since inception till date, use the Start Date and End Date filters, as explained below.

    • Group Name: All Group

    • Set No: Keep it blank

    • Start Date and End Date: Select the time period for which you would like to include transactions in the file

Our recommendation is to request this file since the inception of your Upstox account till the current date.

    • Start Code: Enter your client code (this should already be populated)

    • Scrip Code: Keep it blank

    • View Type: Keep this as default - Client-Date wise
