How do I use MProfit Sync?

MProfit Sync allows you to share the financial data with your clients in a safe and easy method. Your clients can use the free version of MProfit or the mobile version to view the data they receive from you in read-only mode.

Once you have installed MProfit Pro or Advisor you can proceed with the following steps:

1. Click in the upper left hand corner on the image that says " Click to add your logo"



Step 2: Now can add your Advisor name, email and logo. Then select "ok"



3. Now right click on a family name from the list on the left side and select "Edit Family Details"



Step 4: Now enter in the email address (this is mandatory) and any other information. MProfit will prompt you again to enter the email address to verify it was correctly entered.



Step 5: Right click on the family name and select "Send Portfolio Data to Client"



You are done. Now, your client will get an email with instructions to download and install MProfit Investor and they will receive a link in the same email to also view the data in the mobile app. There are two ways to view the data:

On the desktop, download the free version of MProfit and enter in the advisor code and username/password

On the mobile phone, first install the MProfit app then click on the link contained in the email. You should click on the link when viewing the email on the mobile phone.

Whenever you make changes to the portfolio you can select "Send Portfolio Data to Client" and your client will receive an email saying his data has been updated. Then the client just starts MProfit and the data will be updated.

In addition to sending data to one family at a time, you can also right click on the category to send portfolio data to those clients in that category. You can also send data to ALL your clients by selecting Manage -> Send Portfolio Data -> Send Data from the panel on the left.
