Do I need to import the daily settlement contract notes?

edited March 2013 in General
You do not need to import daily settlement contract notes.

Most of the traders are confused by the daily settlement contract notes. Daily settlement contract notes are issued by brokers as per the stock exchange rules, which help the brokers to recover or pay-back the margins on outstanding contracts. We have designed MProfit Pro to handle this situation. You just need to enter the first buy or sell contract note and the subsequent contracts by which you have actually bought/sold to settle the outstanding contracts. MProfit will shows you daily MTM profit/loss for your reference and also unrealised profit/loss for any outstanding contracts and realised (booked) profit/loss of partially or fully settled contracts. For income tax purpose also, you just need the profit/loss statement based on your actual bought and sold contracts.
