How do I assign a switch-in and switch-out for a mutual fund for accounting purpose?

With our accounting module you can now assign a switch-in and switch-out for accounting purposes. The corresponding transactions (Buy in one fund and Sell in another) have to be marked as Swith-in and Switch-out in PMS. Once the transaction is marked as Swith-in/Switch-out in PMS, it will create a corresponding Journal entry in accounts by debiting one fund and crediting another one in a ledger called ‘Asset Switch/Renewal’
For e.g.
There is a switch-out (Sell) from the fund HDFC Liquid Fund – Growth and Switch-in (buy) to HDFC Equity Fund – Growth Option. Right Click the Switch-out transaction of HDFC Liquid Fund – Growth and select the option ‘Mark the transaction for switch-out (SWO)’ and right click the switch-in transaction of HDFC Equity Fund – Growth Option and select the option ‘Mark the transaction for Switch-in (SWI). After marking both the transactions, its effects in account will appear in the ledger ‘Asset Switch/Renewal’ as shown in the image below.
